Jogegység és jogi értelmezés. A nyelvtani értelmezés érvényesülésének vizsgálata a Kúria jogegységi határozataiban

The investigation of legal interpretation methods is the subject of a significant number of legal research. This article carries out a qualitative case analysis with a small number of elements in that research area. The basis of the research is the introduction of the limited precedent system, which places the legal practice of the Court in a new context, including the legal interpretation methods appearing in its legal practice. The case analysis examines two decisions - rendered by the Curia (the supreme court of Hungary) - in which the possibility of grammatical interpretation arises. By comparing them, this article looks for the answer to the research question: on what basis the court chooses the applicable method of interpretation and, from the point of view of the legal unity, are there any requirements for this choice?
