Az uniós jog megsértése a 2019/1937 számú irányelv átültetésének hiánya miatt
In its judgment of 6 March 2025 condemning Hungary, the Court of Justice of the European Union stated that the failure to fully transpose Directive 2019/1937/EC within the deadline necessarily infringes EU law, and the CJEU also reaffirmed its case law on legal certainty, i.e. if a directive expressly provides that the provisions necessary for its implementation must refer to it or be accompanied by such a reference at the time of their official publication, a positive transposition act must be adopted.
