Az azonnali jogvédelem iránti kérelem benyújtásának joghatása a támadott közigazgatási cselekményre
In a recent decision the Curia ruled on the issue of the legal effect of applying for interim relief. The Curia held that submitting an application for interim relief in itself does not have a suspensory effect on the challenged administrative act and therefore does not hinder the enforcement of the administrative act. An application for immediate legal protection will only have suspensory effect on the administrative act if the court explicitly issues such an order.
