Dynamic Response Analysis of Drone Missile Bay Door Mechanism

Considering the various conditions that the missile bay door mechanism may encounter during working conditions, a rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of the drone missile bay door mechanism is established based on rigid-flexible coupling analysis method. The dynamic response of the bay door mechanism under wind load excitation is calculated. By analyzing the performance of transmission components under different working conditions, the study focuses on the effects of parameters on the motion characteristics of the bay door mechanism, such as motor drive speed, wind loads at various angles of attack, random white noise wind loads, and the stiffness of transmission components. Additionally, the system response during collisions between the bay door and the drone body at the moment of closure was analyzed, along with an assessment of the mechanism’s reliability and stability. The study reveals the dynamic response characteristics of the bay door mechanism under different working conditions, providing crucial references for optimizing structural design and control systems.
