Secure Transceiver Design for Integrated Sensing, Communication, and Computation Over-the-Air Networks
This letter explores security issues in a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) integrated sensing, communication, and computation over-the-air (ISCCO) network. In this network, multiple multi-antenna sensors sense the targets and transmit private data to a legitimate access point (AP) using the over-the-air (AirComp) computation technique simultaneously, while an eavesdropper intends to eavesdrop on this data. Depending on whether the positions of the sensing targets are known in advance, we formulate optimization problems for omnidirectional and directional scenarios respectively. In particular, the computational mean square error (MSE) at the AP is minimized while meeting the sensing and security performance constraints by designing the legitimate transceiver. Furthermore, we convert the non-linear objective function and constraints into linear forms using mathematical methods. The reformulated problem is finally solved through a proposed iterative algorithm. Numerical results reveal the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, as well as the impacts of various parameters.
