Real-time monitoring and control of grain processing MES system based on digital thread
In this paper, a real-time monitoring and control scheme of grain processing and manufacturing execution system (MES) based on digital thread technology is proposed to solve the challenges faced by grain processing industry, such as improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality and optimizing resource utilization. The system adopts hierarchical and modular architecture, covering equipment layer, edge layer, platform layer and application layer. Through data acquisition, real-time monitoring, intelligent scheduling and data analysis modules, the closed-loop control from production data acquisition to intelligent decision-making is realized. In the research, high-precision sensors and edge computing technology are used to collect production data, and the whole process data can be traced through digital threads. Based on the streaming computing engine and reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm, the system can monitor the equipment status in real time, optimize production scheduling and reduce energy consumption. The test results show that the data acquisition error rate of the system is as low as 0.42%, the alarm delay rate is reduced to 0.8%, and the average energy consumption of dispatching is reduced by 6.7%, which significantly improves the intelligent level and energy efficiency of grain processing and production.
