Design and implementation of computer aided human resource management system

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design and implementation of Computer-Aided Human Resource Management System (CAHRMS) to meet the needs of modern enterprises for efficient, intelligent and safe HRM. Through key strategies such as modular design, technical realization, cloud computing and micro-service architecture, CAHRMS has built a comprehensive, flexible, extensible and user-friendly system. In the function of CAHRMS, it covers key areas such as recruitment management, employee information management, performance management, learning and development. Modular design makes the system easy to maintain and expand, and can flexibly adapt to the needs of different enterprises. In terms of technical implementation, CAHRMS adopts modern programming language and framework to ensure that the system has efficient performance and excellent security. By deploying on the cloud platform, the resource utilization efficiency of the system is improved, and the system can be flexibly adjusted according to business requirements. The system test shows that the system shows good response ability, and the response time is stable at a low level, which meets the requirements of rapid response, especially during peak hours. High user satisfaction shows that the system has friendly interface, high ease of use, and the functions meet the needs of users. CAHRMS not only provides a comprehensive HRM solution for modern enterprises, but also lays a foundation for future technological innovation and business expansion.
