Research on agricultural big data analysis and resource optimization based on cloud computing and data mining

This study combines cloud computing and data mining technology to analyze agricultural big data and optimize resources, aiming to improve the sustainable development capabilities of the rural environment. By constructing the "four-in-one" brand system of agricultural geographical indications, we systematically analyze the positive impact of brand effect on the sustainable development of the rural environment, and use empirical analysis methods to verify the interaction between the brand effect and the sustainable development capabilities of the rural environment. During the research process, cloud computing technology was used for data storage and processing, and data mining technology was used for feature selection and pattern recognition to achieve optimal allocation of agricultural resources. The results show that both the brand effect index and the environmental protection index have a significant positive impact on the rural sustainable development index. The optimized resource usage is significantly reduced, while output and benefits are improved. These findings provide scientific and effective theoretical support and practical guidance for agricultural big data analysis and resource optimization, and help promote the sustainable development of the rural environment.
