Research on leather products design based on the process information visualization of Quanzhou string puppet

To further explore new ways of integrating intangible cultural heritage with modern communication, this study takes the Quanzhou string puppetry technique as an example, visualizes its technical information, and incorporates it into the design field of cultural and creative products. Firstly, it conducts a research and elaboration on the current situation of the Quanzhou string puppetry technique. Secondly, it extracts the elements of Quanzhou string puppetry and simplifies them into design factors. finally, it combines various design factors to visually present the technical information of Quanzhou string puppetry. Finally, based on the visualized information of the Quanzhou string puppetry technique, it conducts a design practice of cultural and creative products. Visualizing intangible cultural heritage information is beneficial for improving the design quality of cultural and creative products, and provides new ideas for exploring ways to combine intangible cultural heritage with different materials.
