Construction and system implementation of the flight attendant position capability evaluation model integrating intelligent algorithms: based on the example of the opening of seventh air rights

Based on the job requirements after the opening of the seventh freedom of the Air, this paper designs an assessment system for flight attendants' capabilities, establishes a model based on deep neural networks and genetic algorithms, and simultaneously constructs a preprocessing model of multimodal information and multi-dimensional evaluation indicators to achieve accurate modeling, evaluation and measurement of job capabilities. The experiment conducted an accuracy and stability analysis on the measured data.
