IMPROVING THE ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT PROPERTIES WITH GLENIUM 51AND PISTACHIO SHELL POWDER ADDITIVES
This research includes studying the effect of adding Cl 51 (51Gl) and pistachio shell powder (PSP) on the mechanical and thermal properties, which included compressive, elastic, and tensile strength of cement mortar, and comparing the results with reference cement mortar.Clinium 51 and PSP were added in different weight ratios as a percentage of the cement weight. The results showed an increase in compressive strength, elasticity and tensile strength. All experiments were conducted at temperatures of 4C, 25C, and 50C to demonstrate the effect of different temperatures on the strength of cement and additives. The results showed that the compressive, elastic, and tensile strength of cement mortar increased at all temperatures by adding pistachio shell powder, obtaining the highest value. At a temperature of 25 C.Compressive, tensile and elastic strength values were used for standard samples aged (2 and 28) days..
