PENURUNAN NYERI DENGAN HIPNOSIS DI RSDI KALIWUNGU
Motivation for healing is essential, given the patient's crucial role in the healing process. Healing is not solely the responsibility of the nurse in combating the cause of the illness; the patient's desire to recover must be strong and present. Motivation delivered through convincing communication techniques will be effective. One effective and convincing technique for motivating recovery is hypnosis. After the training, it is hoped that nurses will be able to communicate, suggest and motivate well when carrying out nursing care with hypnosis, to overcome the pain felt by patients. Nursing is a key factor in human resources in hospitals, as healthcare workers provide 24-hour patient care. The ability to provide nursing care contributes to patient satisfaction, including communication and motivational skills, which are essential for managing pain using hypnosis. Pain management with hypnosis is an alternative non-pharmacological pain management method, reducing patient care costs. Nurses enthusiastically participated in hypnosis activities and were able to perform hypnosis well and according to what was taught, so that the patient's pain could be reduced.
