Development of single crystalline Al-doped ZnS nanodiscs as efficient photocatalysts for H2 evolution reaction

Al-doping is implemented in single crystalline ZnS without affecting its morphology and crystallinity. The intermediate trap levels generated by Al-doping helped significantly improve its photocatalytic performance for H 2 evolution.
