Large-Scale Real-World Monitoring of Mycophenolic Acid Exposure in Liver Transplantation: Impact of Bayesian Dose Adjustment
Many patients were underexposed to MPA before dose adjustment. The ISBA recommendations significantly improved target attainment rates.
