DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATION SCHEME FOR THE EQUIPMENT REPAIR PROCESS MODULE IN THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF AN ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY

This paper discusses the architecture of a module for integrating equipment repair processes into the information system of an energy supply company. The work focuses on analyzing the requirements for the integration module, its component composition, technology stack, and operational principles, including scenarios for interaction with company departments (OKU, DROnP, OON, ORN), external systems (1C, Abonent+), and consumers. Particular attention is paid to the automation of repair accounting, planning, and control processes, the generation of notifications and reports, as well as ensuring operational interaction between process participants. The developed architectural model demonstrates the capabilities of integrating the equipment repair module (ERM) using REST API for flexible data exchange and COM connections for working with legacy systems. Mechanisms for error handling, retry attempts for data transmission, and ensuring system fault tolerance are considered. The implementation of the module will automate manual processes, eliminate data duplication, increase the efficiency of request processing, and improve interaction between company departments and consumers.
