ALGORITHMS FOR HIDING AND RESTORING IMAGES
The paper considers algorithms for hiding images. The basic principles of their operation are described. Methods for image restoration are given, and the essence of their work is revealed. Their advantages and disadvantages are described. In the first case, images are hidden by blurring using the blur function with a certain core size, then the image is restored using regularization or iterative methods. In the second case, the image is hidden by blurring the coefficients of the direct discrete Fourier transform (DFT) of the image and restoring them using regularization or iterative methods. In the third case, masking is carried out by superimposing discrete Gaussian noise with high intensity. A demonstration of the operation of the above algorithms is provided through experiments.
