Unseen Intruders: A Case Series on Various Outcomes of Intraocular Foreign Body
The presentation of cases of intraocular foreign body injuries varies in outcome and prognosis depending upon factors such as the angle at which the foreign body enters the globe. The zone of injury, type and size of the foreign body determine the visual prognosis. We present three cases with similar mechanisms of injury and comparable size of the foreign bodies with varied presentation and outcomes.
