Claudin 18.2 ADCs Demonstrate Early Clinical Promise

Phase I trials of two Claudin 18.2-targeted antibody–drug conjugates (ADC) show promising activity in advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers. The ADCs differ in their structure but showed similar efficacy and safety, and both might offer advantages over currently approved immunotherapies.
