Construction of a hybrid SERS chip composed of a microstructured Si metasurface and MoS<i>x</i>O<i>y</i> for sensitive molecular detection
A hybrid SERS substrate, which integrates a periodic Si metasurface with MoS x O y nanostructures, makes the detection of R6G at LOD of 10 −9 M and EF of 10 7 , due to the combined effects of localized near-field amplification and charge transfer.
