ПРАВОВЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ НАРУШЕНИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВЫХ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВ
The article analyses consequences of international obligations violation to submit proposals for further improving the process of enforcing international legal responsibility measures. The study reviews international legal responsibility steps as a key consequence of violation of international obligation by agreements member states. The study concludes that there are two basic types of international responsibility in international law: political (intangible) and material and when it comes to violation of contractual obligation material responsibility measures are implemented: restitution, compensation and substitution. However in the event the state which has violated the international obligation evades measures of material obligation, additional measures of political responsibility might be applied to, which in some cases is considered to be more efficient because it has an impact on the reputation of a violator state.
