Altered levels of CaMKII, NF-κB and JAK2/STAT3 signaling in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of female Wistar-Kyoto rats exposed to chronic mild stress
The most significant changes in CaMKII, NF-κB and JAK2/STAT3 levels during chronic mild stress may contribute to the impairments in neural plasticity, neurogenesis, and cellular resilience observed in the brains of WKY rats as a model of TRD.
