ON THE ISSUE OF ETHICAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE BLOGOSPHERE
The author of the article analyzes the problems of ethical and legal regulation of the blogosphere. The research is based on the results of an analysis of theoretical sources, regulatory, legal and precedent base. The key problem is the lack of a legally established legal status of a blogger. The “Law on Bloggers” adopted in 2024 equated bloggers with users of social networks, providing additional obligations in certain cases. There is still no legal definition of a blogger. According to the author, it is impossible to create uniform ethical rules of blogger behavior. However, the developing processes of self-regulation in this area outline the prospects for developing rules of fair play.
