This research deals with the study of the limit of the movement in Islamic law, by clarifying the wisdom of the legitimacy of the grandfather of the Harba, and the punishment of the Harba that was denied in the Holy Qur'an, which are four (killing, cutting, negation, and crucifixion), and highlighting the warrior's repentance .
