PHOTOMETRIC AND SPECTROSCOPIC PROPERTIES OF ISOLATED RING GALAXIES NGC 5211 AND UGC 4771 IN THE CVRHS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
The purpose of this paper is to study the spectroscopic and photometric data from the Sloan Digital Sky Surveys (SDSS) for the galaxies NGC 5211 and UGC 4771, classified as (R2)SA(rs)b and (R2)SABa(l)b in the Comprehensive de Vaucouleurs Revised Hubble-Sandage (CVRHS) system. In the IRAF image-reduction system, we used the ELLIPS task from the STSDAS library to examine color indices, contour maps, and photometric parameters.A surface photometric method was used. This paper provides a comprehensive explanation of the least squares fitting method, which is used to analyze the morphological properties of galaxies.Comparative analysis between NGC 5211 and UGC 4771 highlights the influence of their bar structures on ring formation and evolution. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of internal dynamics in shaping the morphologies of isolated ring galaxies.Lastly, a spectral analysis of the two galaxies was done.Spectroscopic analysis focuses on emission and absorption line diagnostics, providing insights into the ionized gas properties, star formation rates.Key features include the detection of [H] and [OII] emission lines, indicative of ongoing star formation in the ring regions, and the measurement of rotational velocities to constrain the galaxies' dynamical masses. The star formation rate across the H emission line, the supermassive black hole's mass (MBH), the Schwarzschild radius (Rs), and the density (_BH) of the supermassive black hole in the two galaxies were calculated approximately.
