RETHINKING HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: DIA-RIGHTS AS A CONCEPT OF THREE CATALOGUES
The article substantiates the relevance of developing the conceptual model of DIA-Rights (Digital, Internet, AI Rights) as an integrative framework for the legal systematization of emerging manifestations of human rights in the context of digital transformation and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the concepts of "Internet rights" and "Digital rights", a new catalogue of "AI-related human rights" is proposed. The study provides a substantive differentiation and presents original authorial catalogues for each of these groups of human rights. It is argued that the paradigm of the "generations of human rights" remains historically established, yet it no longer adequately captures the diffusion and evolution of rights, particularly under conditions of digital transformation. In contrast, due to its interpretative, analytical, and integrative functions, the DIA-Rights concept serves as a contemporary analytical and methodological framework for legal analysis of the transformation of human rights in the age of artificial intelligence, virtualization, and algorithmization of society.
