EPIZOOTOLOGICAL FEATURES OF FASCIOLIASIS IN RUMINANTS OF PASTURE-FED ANIMALS, IN MOUNTAINOUS CONDITIONS DAGESTAN

Parasitic invasions, especially helminthiases (including fasciolosis), are a serious problem for the health and productivity of agricultural animals, and also threaten people's health throughout the world, causing significant economic damage. In Russia, especially in regions with a favorable climate for the development of mollusks, trematodoses are widespread, including fasciolosis. In the Republic of Dagestan, with a gravity of ruminants on the leashed pastures in the subalpine zone, there is a high intensity of infection with fascioleosis due to the abundance of places favorable for the development of the parasite. The purpose of the study is to study the epizootological features of the fasciolence of gum animals of the drove-pustbit content, in the conditions of the Subalpian belt of the mountainous zone of Dagestan. The work was carried out in the trendy households of the Hunzakh district of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of Housing. The material for research was cattle of different ages, with grazing at pastures, as well as feces and internal organs of clogged animals. For studies, well -known methods of lifetime diagnostics were used. The assessment of the statistical significance of the differences between the samples was carried out according to the T-criteria of the stenchent, the differences were considered statistically significant at p <0.05. High indicators of infection with Fasioleosis of cattle were recorded in the autumn -winter period on the farms of the village of Tanushi (EI - 65.0%, AI - 47.6 ± 5.1 copies/goal) and the village of Akhalchi (EI - 70.0%, AI - 57.7 ± 6.8 copies/goal). With. Shonoda (EI -45.0 % and AI - 32.7 ± 3.8 ecs/goal). This is due to the infection of animals with fasciols caused by the circulation of the pathogens in the population of mollusks of the current year. Invasia extensive, in the surveyed farms, among young animals from one to three months is - 0 %; in animals aged - up to one year - from 10.0% to 15.0%; up to 3 years - from 40 to 60% and over 3 years from - 47% to 73.3%. The prevalence of fascioleosis among cattle in the personal farms of the subalpine belt of Mountain Dagestan is due to the non -compliance of the terms of preventive measures. For effective control, it is necessary to twice the biotopes of limneid (habitat of mollusks) on pastures with molluscids in May and August.
