PÓS-COLONIALISMO NA LITERATURA AMAZÔNICA: CONCEITOS, TEORIAS E IMPLICAÇÕES NO ENSINO LITERÁRIO
This article aims to explore the concepts and main theoretical approaches of postcolonialism applied to Amazonian literature, highlighting its characteristics, sociocultural and epistemological impacts. The study analyzes the contributions of authors such as Thomas Bonnici and Gayatri Spivak to understand how literary discourse in the Amazon reflects the marks of colonialism, while proposing a decolonization of regional knowledge and identities. Specific theories focused on Amazonian literature are also addressed, such as those proposed by José Guilherme dos Santos Fernandes, Larissa Pissinatti, Maria Aparecida Andrade Salgueiro and Paulo de Tarso Kageyama. Finally, the article discusses the relevance of postcolonialism in the teaching of Amazonian literature, highlighting the importance of valuing subaltern voices and cultural manifestations of the region as a form of resistance and preservation of diversity. The research shows that the inclusion of Amazonian literature with a postcolonial bias in teaching enables the deconstruction of Eurocentric discourses and the recognition of the multiple voices that make up the Amazonian reality. Thus, this study contributes to the valorization of local identities, encouraging more inclusive and reflective pedagogical practices.
