DYNAMICS OF THE PISTON OF THE DRILLING PUMP UNDER VARIABLE FORCES

The article discusses the circulation system of the drilling rig and the features of the drilling pump. The movement of the piston of the drilling pump is analyzed taking into account the influence of variable forces. Differentiation and integration of the piston motion equations were implemented, which made it possible to determine the values of coordinates, velocity and acceleration depending on time. The corresponding graphs are constructed, their analysis is carried out, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about the dynamic characteristics of the piston. The results obtained can be used to optimize the operating modes of drilling pumps and increase their efficiency. The results of the study of the dynamics of the piston of a drilling pump at variable forces are important for improving the efficiency and reliability of pumping equipment when drilling oil and gas wells. The differential equations performed and their integration make it possible to: - optimize the piston design taking into account real operating loads, which helps to increase its service life and reduce wear; - improving the accuracy of predicting the load on pumping elements, which helps to reduce accidents and increase the maintenance interval; - determination of rational parameters of elastic and damping elements of the system, allowing to reduce dynamic loads and vibration; - improving the energy consumption of the pump, optimizing its operating parameters and reducing friction losses and resistance to movement; -development of recommendations for upgrading drilling pumps, increasing their productivity and adapting to operating conditions in difficult mining and geological conditions. The results obtained can be used in the design of new pumps, as well as in the modernization and diagnostics of existing equipment, which will help reduce overall operating costs and improve drilling efficiency.
