Ion migration suppression in quasi-2D CdTeMoO6 crystals for high-performance X-ray detection
Employing the quasi-2D oxide crystal CdTeMoO 6 , this work demonstrates a sensitive and eco-friendly X-ray detector with a sensitivity of 455 μC Gy air −1 cm −2 and a detection limit of 22 nGy air s −1 , paving the way for future X-ray detector materials.
