QUALITY ASSESSMENT AND IDENTIFICATION OF PHYTOPATHOGENS OF SEEDS OF LEGUMINOUS CROPS
Healthy and high-quality seeds will allow you to get a good harvest. The incidence of fungal and bacterial phytopathogens in agricultural plants is significant. Proper diagnosis of diseases, knowledge of their causes and development features are the basis for successful phytosanitary measures. The loss of grain quality and pea yield with a severe degree of root rot development can amount to 30-50%. A phytosanitary examination of the seed revealed a high germination rate of pea varieties, reaching 92-96%. In the conducted analyses of the seed material of various varieties of peas, good seed quality indicators have been established. The revealed smallest significant difference between the species and their varieties of leguminous plants on the development of embryo blackness is insignificant. It was found out that the influence of pathogenic flora and infection of seeds is insignificant on the basis of correlation dependence. The correlation coefficient between the signs of Bipolaris sorokiniana lesion and the varieties is significant, the development of Fusarium sp. was insignificant.
