Effective Improvement on Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Performance and Radar Stealth Capabilities of Paraffin‐Based Composites With Graphene, Carbon Black, and <scp> Fe 3 O 4 </scp> Prepared by One‐Step Physical Mixing Method

ABSTRACT The paraffin‐based composites with Graphene (G), Carbon black (CB), and Fe 3 O 4 were prepared by a one‐step physical mixing method. The electromagnetic parameters were measured by using the vector network analyzer with a coaxial method. The G/CB/Fe 3 O 4 /paraffin composites had an extensive and effective absorption bandwidth, substantial electromagnetic wave absorption intensity, and exceptional radar evasion capabilities. Through precise manipulation of the mass ratio, it was determined that when the mass ratio was 6:1:8, the minimum reflection loss (RL min ) was −57.66 dB, the effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) was 3.0 GHz, and the impedance matching value was 0.99. The electromagnetic wave absorption mechanism was analyzed. The radar cross section (RCS) by the CST simulation was below −10 dBm 2 at most angles, and this demonstrated the superior radar stealth properties. The G/CB/Fe 3 O 4 /paraffin composites exhibited exceptional electromagnetic wave absorption capabilities, and the results provided an innovative and feasible approach for fabricating the exceptional electromagnetic wave absorption materials.
