La inteligencia artificial en los sistemas judiciales de América Latina: Una revisión sobre desafíos y oportunidades
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform judicial systems in Latin America by increasing their efficiency and improving access to justice. However, its implementation presents significant technical and ethical challenges. This review analyzes recent literature on the effects of AI on Latin American judicial systems, identifying key challenges such as algorithmic bias and lack of transparency, as well as opportunities to improve judicial efficiency. Additionally, recommendations are provided for creating a robust and ethical regulatory framework that ensures transparency, equity, and accountability in the use of AI, aiming for an equitable and effective implementation in the region.
