Teacher's character and personality during teaching from the perspective of students

This study aimed to determine the reality of the roles played by teachers in public education schools, and to present a proposed mechanism to activate teachers through the roles assigned to build a good person to achieve this goal It has gained from pre-service preparation programs, which do not cover all roles in service training programs, which are few and inappropriately offered, and which have weak relationships between community organizations and teachers and schools.
