IMMUNOMODULATORY TREATMENT OPTIONS FOR POSTVIRAL ASTHENIA
This article is about post-viral asthenia syndrome (SPA). The main links in the pathogenesis of SPA are neurotransmitter disorders that develop as a result of impaired functional activity of the noradrenergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic cerebral systems, activation of anaerobic metabolic pathways in brain tissue and muscles as a result of tissue hypoxia; activation of lipid peroxidation with accumulation of free radicals and hydroperoxides in brain tissue and blood. Various subjective questionnaire tests are used to confirm the presence of AMR. The aim of the study was to study the efficacy of Derinate in postviral asthenia syndrome. The study on the basis of outpatient institutions in Voronezh involved 60 patients with ARVI. All patients signed consent to participate in the study. Inclusion criteria were: ARVI clinic, age 18-60 years, absence of oncological or decompensation of chronic diseases. The subjective asthenia scale MFI-20 questionnaire was used to diagnose post-viral syndrome. Further, patients with diagnosed post-viral asthenia were divided into 2 groups. The control and main groups (n = 23) underwent a 28-day rehabilitation program with physical reablement and injection of Derinate (15 mg/mL). In the course of the study, the following results were obtained: the prevalence of SPA was 72%. The mean value of the MFI-20 questionnaire among patients was 51 (45-65) points, which is 2 times higher than the values corresponding to the norm. The results obtained show the possibility of including immunomodulatory therapy in the treatment plan during the recovery from ARVI.
