Collaborative Planning for Multi-Satellite Emergency Launches
Satellite emergency response launch refers to the launch procedure that is quickly initiated to perform specific tasks in the face of emergencies. Currently, in the complex and ever-changing international and space contexts, most of the literature on spacecraft mission launches focuses on the planning of the launch site preparation stage, space orbit design, and space networks, while there is less research on the overall process planning from the time the spacecraft leaves the warehouse until just before launch. Therefore, this paper standardizes the entire process of a satellite from leaving the warehouse to just before launch and proposes a model based on an improved genetic algorithm to minimize the multi - mission launch time, which is beneficial for solving the problem of satellite multi - mission launch sequencing in emergencies.
