Optimization of Magnetic Components Using Simulated Annealing: Balancing Core Loss Minimization and Magnetic Energy Transmission
With the growth of electric vehicles and renewable energy in China, the demand for magnetic components has increased. This, in turn, impacts power conversion system efficiency. This study uses an optimization method, balancing core loss minimization and magnetic energy transmission. We combine a core loss prediction and energy transmission evaluation model, and in turn apply the simulated annealing algorithm for global optimization. In this study, we investigate the influence of many factors. The results show that the optimization model reduces core loss and enhances magnetic energy transmission. This study offers practical value for improving magnetic component design and power electronic devices.
