Construction and Application Research of Lifting Engineering Construction Safety Evaluation System Based on Combined Weighting and Cloud Model

To objectively reflect the safety conditions of lifting engineering projects, this paper proposes a model combining Bayesian BWM and CRITIC weighting with a cloud model for safety evaluation. The research includes summarizing relevant literature, identifying initial indicators via WBS-RBS, refining them based on regulations and 70 accident cases from the past seven years, determining combined weights using Bayesian BWM, CRITIC, and game theory, and evaluating safety with a cloud model in MATLAB. The model's effectiveness is verified through a wind power equipment installation project, which shows a safe risk level. The results emphasize the need for strengthening personnel safety education, training, and team collaboration.
