MECHANISM OF INTERACTION BETWEEN STARTUPS AND VENTURE INVESTORS

The article presents a research of interaction between startups and venture investors in Russia, taking into account global practices, using comparative, SWOT analysis and empirical data analysis. The classification of investors, the scheme of interaction with startups, and bottlenecks in the Russian market are obtained. The mechanism of interaction is described. It is planned to develop an innovation mechanism for the Russian Federation taking into account regional specifics.
