APPROACHES TO MEASURING HUMAN CAPITAL: WORLD EXPERIENCE

The article analyzes various approaches to measuring human capital. It examines the types of human capital and the methods of its assessment based on different approaches. The article also shows the advantages and disadvantages of the Human Capital Index developed by the World Bank, which is used to determine the level of human capital development in different countries. The rating of countries by the level of the human capital index is considered. A comparative analysis of approaches to assessing human capital is performed.
