STUDIES OF THE INTENSITY OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN VARIOUS TRAINING TASKS USED IN THE TRAINING OF QUALIFIED HANDBALL PLAYERS
The article presents data on the intensity of heart rate (HR) typical training tasks used in the preparation of qualified men's handball teams. As a result of the research, it was found that tasks aimed at developing specific aspects of training are performed with varying functional loads. Therefore, it is necessary to choose tasks with loads that are implemented in a specific power zone and, accordingly, in the type of energy supply, taking into account the competitive activity and the objectives of the training phase. The new knowledge gained can be used by coaches in the preparation of qualified handball teams.
