GROUP COHESION OF THE STUDY TEAM AS A FACTOR OF CONFRONTING INTERETHNIC BULLYING IN A MULTICULTURAL SPACE

The problem of interethnic conflicts in the school environment today is causing increasing public concern due to the prevalence of this phenomenon and its danger to the physical and mental health of children. Interethnic bullying at school is bullying, in which students are subjected to bullying, insults or discrimination by their peers because of their ethnicity. This is a pressing issue that can negatively affect the psychological health and academic performance of students. The purpose of this work is to study the level of group cohesion of the educational team as a factor in countering interethnic bullying in a multicultural space. Group cohesion of the educational team integrates the features of psychological readiness to resolve interethnic bullying. In the course of achieving the goal, the test questionnaire "Assessment of group cohesion" (Sishor-Khanin) was used. In addition to the above parameter, the questionnaire allows you to find out what kind of relationship the educational team has with their class teachers. Several answer options are provided for each question. The study was conducted in the municipal budgetary general educational institution "Secondary comprehensive school No. 121 of the city of Chelyabinsk". 30 9th grade students took part in the written survey. According to the results obtained using the Sishore-Khanin method "Group Cohesion of the Collective", the level of cohesion of the studied collective corresponds to the average level, which indicates periodically arising contradictions and conflict situations. Given the negative consequences of the average level of cohesion of the educational collective, the key duty of the educational organization is to take into account the interests of all subjects of the educational process. To do this, it is necessary to carry out educational and outreach work with students, implement adequate disciplinary methods, use effective restorative approaches, take into account the role of parents, teachers, promote the training and advanced training of members of the teaching staff.
