Assessment of Wireless Passive Water Quality Catchment Monitoring Systems's Repeatability for Potential of Hydrogen and Water Speed

This study assessed the repeatability of wireless passive water quality catchment monitoring system (WWM). WWM is build upon Potential of Hydrogen (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{p H}$</tex>) and Global Positioning System (GPS) sensors. The GPS sensors is used to log Realtime location. Besides that, WWM with the aid of the GPS sensors, can measure the speed of water since the WWM is passive (no mechanism to propel) and will directly be pushed by the water. Based on the data logged, standard deviation is used to assess repeatability. Based on the result, pH data logged by WWM achieved below 0.1 average standard deviation with a minimum deviation of 0.0499. WWM water speed logging achieved below 0.2 average standard deviation with a minimum deviation of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{0. 0 6 5 7}$</tex>.
