Development and Evaluation of Motion Comparison System for Vaulting Box Lessons in Elementary Schools
This study focuses on the development and evaluation of a motion comparison system for vaulting box lessons in elementary school physical education. The system effectively promoted self-directed learning, with a significant improvement in “Approach to Learning” observed over repeated lessons ($\mathbf{p}\lt 0.01$). It also enhanced motion imitation behavior, particularly in the item “imitating the teacher or skilled peers” ($\mathbf{p}=\mathbf{0 . 0 3}$). These findings suggest that motion comparison system can enhance learning outcomes in physical education.
