Research on Passive Energy-Saving Buildings in China Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

The program encourages passive energy-saving buildings (PESB), contributing to China's goal of lowering energy consumption and pollution levels. Energy efficiency credits and green bonds are being used to help finance energy conservation projects in China as the country develops its green finance system. China. Passive solar architecture is an option for lowering energy needs. Autonomous systems operate with little to no human oversight thanks to their inherent ability to learn and function without supervision. Using AI technology, the structure will be able to locate and use the best renewable energy sources and store and generate them on demand. Using AI in construction is similar to operating a self-driving car. The major problem is the high cost of entry. Experts say that the expense of producing a passive house is more than the cost of establishing a home that only satisfies local code requirements. This article discusses the PESB-AI approach for energy-efficient buildings in China, which offers cleaner combustion and greater ventilation than typical structures to reduce indoor air pollution. AI may track and gather data about China's energy use through statistics, text, images, and videos. Artificial intelligence can assess what's being shown and help reduce energy use during peak times. After a careful analysis of the policy's effects, they are addressed. While this study focuses on China, the conclusions might be relevant to other developing countries experiencing rapid urbanization. Quantitative analysis, lifespan analysis, and interdisciplinary planning are areas that need further exploration in future research. The numerical outcome of the proposed method develops the prediction ratio (96.3%), energy consumption ratio (97.5%), energy cost-saving (98.8%), load shedding ratio (94.3%), and electricity saving ratio (95.4%).
