E-Nurse with Zigbee-Based Communication

The basic variables in determining one's health condition are the person's body temperature, their pulse or heartbeat, and their blood pressure. These quantities can be measured in separate devices that can end up being costly considering the prices of good quality equipment are mostly pricey and the low-quality kind can be quite inaccurate - they would still be a little expensive, thus, they are inefficient. In this paper we call “E-Nurse with Zigbee-based Communication”, the prototype will exhibit qualities such as - measuring vital signs in a single unit and with a touch of a button, providing and delivering the patient's medicinal needs, accessing instructional guides towards delivering first aid to his/her or others' injuries, and informing the patient of what medicine they need to take in a specific time via an alert system - to name a few. The vital sign sensors (temperature, etc.) will communicate with the microcontroller to analyze if the measured values are either abnormally high or low, exceeding the normal range. If this happens, the microcontroller will provide an alert via SMS to any concerned person in the patient's profile. And if the doctor proclaims it is a sickness that needs any medication, he/she will be able to provide the best healthcare service possible for the patient that requires it.
