Spectral Characteristics of Streamer Discharge of Positive Polarity Streamers in Submillimeter Air Gap
In order to better understand the characteristics of streamer discharge in submillimeter air gap, a spectrum acquisition system for positive streamer discharge at <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1 0 0 - 5 0 0} \boldsymbol{\mu} \mathbf{m}$</tex> gap at atmospheric pressure was established to collect the emission spectra of positive streamer discharge at <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$100-500 \mu ~\mathrm{m}$</tex> gap. It is found that the emission spectra of positive stream breakdown discharge at <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$100-500 \mu ~\mathrm{m}$</tex> gap, indicating that the types of excited particles and the excitation process of positive streamer discharge.
