Energy-Efficient Predefined-Time Convergent Control Laws for PMSM Stabilization
This paper presents the design of predefined-time convergent control algorithms to stabilize a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) system under three distinct scenarios: disturbance-free, in the presence of an unbounded disturbance satisfying a Lipschitz condition, and in the presence of stochastic noises and disturbances with similar characteristics. Numerical simulations are conducted to validate the performance of the proposed control algorithms, showing a significant improvement in amperage consumption compared to other control laws proposed in previous works. The results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed control laws in stabilizing the PMSM system while minimizing control input magnitudes.
