3-Dimensional Wiring Allows for ARCADIA Technique Followed by Rotational Atherectomy for Calcified Nodules
CNs in the coronary artery remain an issue for percutaneous coronary intervention, and insufficient lesion modification of the CN is associated with unfavorable results. The aggressive wire recanalization in calcified atheroma and dilation technique is an effective option to treat CNs in terms of intentionally creating brand-new guidewire bias.
