Research on price competition of grain enterprises based on evolutionary game model
Grain enterprises play a very important role in society, but currently the price competition among grain enterprises is very fierce. Price competition has become a common competitive method used by grain enterprises. When competitors lower their prices, should grain enterprises also engage in price reduction sales? Can price reduction sales necessarily bring benefits to enterprises and gain competitive advantages in market competition? These are very important issues, and it is also the core content of this article's research using evolutionary game models. Research has found that grain enterprises need to approach price competition with caution, as price reductions do not necessarily bring benefits and competitive advantages. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the balance between enterprise losses and profits.
