Research on Non-cooperative Behavior Management in Group Consensus under Double Hierarchy Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets
In Group Decision Making (GDM), the consensus-reaching process is about getting a group of decision-makers (DMs) to agree before making a joint decision. Given the varied knowledge bases of experts and their representation of different stakeholders, some might display non-cooperative behaviors. These behaviors can severely hamper decision-making efficiency and its results. Consequently, within the Double Hierarchy Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets (DHHFLTS) framework, this paper presents a management model for non-cooperative behaviors centered around consensus. It details ways to analyze and manage trust risk, preference risk, and non - cooperative behaviors. Finally, the model is implemented in a course learning model and contrasted with current methods.
